Trust

Is something we give to someone else.

It grants them the power to

make us or break us,
pull us up or push us down,
make us smile or frown,
heal us or hurt us,
etc.

when we entrust someone, we grant them the power to control a part of our lives,
often doing things that we ourselves are unable to do.
and often, the trust becomes a dependency - we depend on that person to fulfill such things.
trust becomes expectation; and as we all know, we always get what we don't expect.

it's sort of like an investment; greater risk, greater return.

so, don't trust anyone :P
