TODAY WAS ALSO JEFF+SIMON'S JOINT BIRTHDAY.
WE HAD A BBQ @ SIMON'S.
WE BBQ'D LAMB, KINDLY MARINATED BY MY LITTLE HOBEY DEMON.
THERE WAS ALSO NANDO'S CHICKEN (CHICNKECHIECHKECHIECHKEHCKCNEN) + CHIPS KINDLY SPONSORED BY MUM (THE MC VIV)'S LITTLE BROTHER.
AND SOME SUBWAY COOKIES + SOUTHWEST SAUCE, SUPPLIED BY THE AWESOME PJ-FELLOWFRESHERHUNTER.
THERE WAS ALSO CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS, SAUSAGES AND VARIOUS DRINKS.
AND A LOT OF LAPTOPS.

AND A CHOCOLATE CAKE MADE BY SEETHOR(MH-ER/SKANK), PJ(FRESHERHUNTER) AND MYSELF(THOUGH I DIDN'T DO MUCH)

MINUS GEORGE, WHO PAID $2 A MINUTE TO STAY AT METROS (IE. HE SPENT $20 TO STAY AT METROS FOR 10 MINUTES).

AND THAT PRETTY MUCH CONCLUDES THE ASIAN EVENTS OF 2008.

EXCEPT CS KARAOKE, WHICH WILL BE QUITE FUN I HOPE.

Naive

Last night I got thinking..

I want to be 13 again.
Being naive meant I had to worry less.
Exams didn't mean anything,
money was something so trivial,
feelings were as insignificant as 'the future'.
There was no pressure to succeed nor was there any 'planning'.

I didn't have to worry about how my progress would affect the rest of my life ~

But now, I'm sitting here in second year uni and I slept in through my first lecture.
I'm not averaging well as a student, just a pass; I don't have a job and nor do I believe in the concept of 'feelings'. And of course, I still spend most of my time playing games.

I guess I'm holding on to my last bit of 13.

Back to uni tomorrow, this week off has been good for me :).
All the MSU stress is finally overrrrrrr (except spring feast/AGM/IGM)

but yay~ cocktail this week :)

Release

You know that feeling when you get really really stressed because of something that's going to happen and it turns out better than you expect - i got that yesterday :S.

I felt like shit the whole evening/night because of duties on the night, but at the end of all of it, it turned out quite well.

But all those crazy hormones that were running through my body during the high stress period caused my body to like just get really tired LOL.

So yeah, the ball was great, thanks to everyone for coming :),

if i remember, i'll embed the dance video into this post..

Continuing on from BALL FEVER~
today was ball-cut day.
ie. day to go out and get our haircuts for the ball.
the day consisted of:

bran, PJ, paul, justin & tzewei.

we all got cuts (except TW) and PJ/justin/i got dye/highlights :):)

and i have pretty drawings on my head

I DRANK LOTS OF WATER TODAY.

yay no more midsems = 1 week break :D:D:D.

but a break of dancing + preparing for the BALL NEXT WEEK :D:D:D

so anyway, i've decided that homophobia is so gay (lol, i saw this on a shirt on that street in sydney where u see homos i forgot what it's called).

my friends are awesome for who they are + how they take things.

and from what i've been told, there ARE such things as BAD REACTIONS !

Birthdays

Happy birthday to like everyone, because their parents thought it would be fun to not use contraception during december/christmas holidays.

last night i got a warm fuzzy :D.

exam tomorrow, wednesday and thursday.

I LOVE STUDYING FOR MACROECONOMICS. i actually get some of the stuff now :D..but i'm not expecting a good mark from the exam! (possibly a fail too! i can't FULL grasp the conceps!)

Economics

is growing on me.

Learning to love something doesn't take that much effort.
All you need is a little pushing (ie. if i don't start learning this shit I'm going to fail this unit).
Possibly an example of Hysteresis since it took me 6 weeks to realise that if I don't start knuckling down I'm going to get pwnt.

So this is how we study:
